Questions you may have

Not every career path is a straight line. What matters is what you can actually use in practice: the ability to understand a problem, design a solution, involve the right people, data and operations, and deliver a working result.

Why the combination of logistics, operations and webbuilding?
I don't see these as unrelated areas. The underlying approach is always the same: understand the customer's need, design a workable solution, involve people, data and processes, and deliver it in practice. In logistics that meant transport flows, systems and invoicing. In web and advertising it means online presence, customer acquisition and measuring results.
What type of work suits me best?
I work best in roles that require connecting operations, customers, suppliers, systems and a concrete outcome. I enjoy non-standard situations, tailored customer solutions, operational improvements and work where the practical impact is visible.
Am I more of a manager or an operational person?
I'm not a manager detached from operations. I'm comfortable with a combination of responsibility, coordinating people and understanding the detail. I can lead a team and subcontractors, but I also need to know how things actually work — at the customer, in operations, in the warehouse, in data and in invoicing.
What does a tailored customer solution mean to me?
The customer has a requirement, operations has constraints, systems have rules and invoicing needs data. A tailored solution means finding a way to connect all of that so it works not just on paper but in everyday operations.
Which logistics experience do I consider my strongest?
Tailored customer logistics solutions, FTL/LTL transport, parcel and pallet flows, subcontractor management, cross-dock processes, EDI, shipping labels, databases, reporting and invoicing. Key experience also includes automotive flows for VW Group and customer solutions for companies such as EATON and Sarantis.
Why are there shorter periods in the profile?
Some roles had a project or transitional nature. Pharma Service was linked to the Eurolékárna project, CEVA Freight was a move into sea freight, and customs work was a natural extension of transport practice. I include them because they add to a broader picture of experience in operations, freight, documentation and customer processes.
What kind of role am I looking for now?
I'm drawn to roles in operations, logistics, customer solutions, process management or special projects — ideally where customer, operations, data, suppliers and results meet. I'm also open to roles with an overlap into online presence, web, advertising or business development.
What is my main added value?
I can take a non-standard requirement, untangle it, design a course of action, involve the right people and deliver the solution into working practice. Not just in a spreadsheet — in real operations.
